Blades Landscaping strives to deliver high-quality commercial grounds maintenance and related services. Because our work involves labor, equipment, and scheduling resources allocated specifically for each property, all payments made for completed services are generally non-refundable. If you believe a service was not performed as agreed or you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations where services were not completed, were performed incorrectly, or were billed in error. In these cases, we may offer a partial refund, service credit, or re-service at no additional cost, depending on what best resolves the concern. Any approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
By using our services, you agree to this policy and understand that regular maintenance plans, one-time services, and seasonal work are billed based on scheduled labor and materials.
